Application Process

Faculty for the coming school year are typically hired in April and May. Summer school positions are posted in February and March. Coaches and staff are hired throughout the year. Check back frequently for current job openings.

Pool Manager

The Pool Manager is responsible for the pool’s operations and maintenance including but not limited to enforcing policies and procedures while ensuring efficient and effective operations of the pool facilities, daily chemical analysis/testing, and pool cleaning. Custodian

The Custodian is primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the interior of our facilities. It is important for the custodian to exercise care and thoroughness in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises, as well as assisting in the prevention of vandalism. Grounds Maintenance Technician

The Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and appearance of the grounds, gardens, parking lots and walkways of all school owned property. This includes regular trash removal and event setup and tear down. He/she will work in a team environment to create and consistently maintain a pleasant and esthetically appealing outdoor environment that is beautiful, well-manicured, orderly, safe and well maintained for students, employees and visitors.

Payroll / Benefits Generalist

The Payroll/Benefits Generalist will be primarily responsible for the timely preparation, accurate reconciliation and processing of the school payroll and the maintenance, accurate reporting and training of personnel on the time clock system. S/he must be highly organized, accurate, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Bellarmine College Preparatory in San José, California invites applications for a seasonal varsity and junior varsity assistant coach(es) for lacrosse. The Varsity and JV Assistant Lacrosse Coach will report to the Head of Program for Lacrosse (Head Varsity Coach) and will essentially be responsible for assisting in the setting of short-term goals for the team and athletes, which coincide with the long-term goal of student-athlete growth within the athletic program. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of all practices with professionalism and a high moral standard while achieving the program goals. Working at Bellarmine requires a commitment to the mission and values of the school.
