Associate Athletic Director
The Associate Athletic Director assists the Athletic Director to oversee the interscholastic athletic program at Bellarmine. The Associate Athletic Director provides support through the hiring and development of coaches, and the assessment of the programs’ direction and achievement. The Associate Athletic Director facilitates and encourages positive relationships between the athletic department members and all other members of the Bellarmine community. The Associate Athletic Director manages all communications and marketing involving the Bellarmine Athletic Department, Bellarmine studentathletes, and Bellarmine coaches. The Associate Athletic Director works to maintain a connection between the goals of the Athletic Department and the mission of the school. The Associate Athletic Director aligns Bellarmine’s athletic program with the necessary governing bodies (NFHS, CIF, CCS, and WCAL), to ensure appropriate requirements are met.

The College Counselor is part of a team whose program is designed to educate families and guide students through the complexities of the college admission process. The counselor will help facilitate students’ applications to college, which will entail working closely with students to ensure accurate and complete applications, collaborating with faculty on the required forms, and work closely with university admissions offices.

Food Service Worker
This position is responsible for performing a wide range of duties in a fast-paced environment, including the preparation and production of meals for students, colleagues, Jesuits, and guests of various events. Additionally, this position is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, set up and general upkeep of the kitchen and dining room facilities. In performing such duties, it is important to ensure all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized to health code standards on an ongoing basis.

Human Resources Director
Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, California invites applications for the Human Resources Director position. Reporting to the President, the Human Resources Director is responsible for the direction, planning, and implementation of human resources functions and activities. This person serves as the community’s liaison and go-to resource for a broad range of Human Resources needs including: Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Staffing, Compliance, and the administration of related Human Resources programs. A significant role of this position is to have a pulse of the organizational climate to develop recommendations/programs to attract and retain colleagues, as well as maintain, support, and enhance the diversity of the community. This involves managing employee relations matters, including advocating and coaching/advising the appropriate parties as appropriate.
