What Your Gift Makes Possible

Direct Tuition Assistance

Bellarmine is committed to making a Jesuit education accessible to qualified students, regardless of financial need. Each year, nearly 25% of students receive tuition assistance, supported by a $6 million aid budget. Gifts to the Direct Tuition Assistance Fund help ensure that cost is never a barrier to opportunity.

Annual Fundraisers

Bellarmine’s two signature fundraising events raise over $1 million annually in support of tuition assistance and school-wide programs. They’re also a powerful celebration of our community.

  • Mothers' Guild Fashion Show: An elegant community tradition supporting the Direct Tuition Assistance Fund.
  • Golden Bell Auction: A spring gala that brings together the Bellarmine community to raise funds for tuition assistance.
  • Bellarmine Golf Classic: This annual shotgun-style, four-person scramble tournament is open to the entire Bellarmine community and includes lunch, on-course food and beverages, giveaways, course enhancements, a post-round reception, and more.

A Successful "Legacy. Inspiration. Innovation." Campaign

The cornerstone of Bellarmine's Legacy. Inspiration. Innovation. campaign was the construction of the Wade Academic Center, honoring Walter and Clara Wade and their son, Fr. Gerald T. Wade, S.J. '55, a beloved Jesuit who has devoted his life to others and has had a profound influence on the Bellarmine community.

The new center, which opened in the Fall of 2025, is a 43,000 square foot, state-of-the-art academic building that includes:

  • 21 classrooms designed for flexible, innovative learning that are home to our Modern and Classical Languages and Computer Science Departments
  • An enhanced James A. Harville '63 Speech and Debate Hub for our four-consecutive-year national championship speech and debate program
  • The Fr. Dick Cobb, S.J. Center for Adult Spirituality
  • Offices for attendance, discipline, and student health as well as the core of our campus IT

This exciting campaign has dramatically improved our facilities and increased our endowment to ensure that the future is even brighter than our remarkable past, and that Bellarmine will remain a strong and competitive school for generations to come.
