Welcome to Bellarmine!
The next four years will be a time of growth, challenge, and fun!
Next Steps
The following information will help you navigate our enrollment process. When you're ready to begin, just click the ENROLL button (in the right-hand column of this page) and you'll be directed to the BCP Bridge.
You'll access the BCP Bridge using the same email credentials used in Ravenna. The first five steps listed below are completed via the Bridge.
-
Verify Your Personal Information
The first step of the enrollment process is reviewing the demographic information we have on file for you to ensure its accuracy.
-
Pay Your Deposit
Tuition for the 2019-2020 school year is $22,230 which includes a non-refundable deposit of $1,600. Your deposit secures your son's enrollment to Bellarmine, although final enrollment status is granted pending grades or other concerns as identified by the Principal.
Once you've verified your demographics, you'll pay your deposit, via credit card, through the BCP Bridge. Deposits are not subject to an additional credit card fee.
Deposits are due by March 28, 2019. -
Register with Smart Tuition
Smart Tuition is the secure payment management system which Bellarmine uses for the collection of tuition. If you have a current student at Bellarmine, your incoming freshman will automatically be added to your pre-existing account. If setting up a new account, you will specify:
- the number of payment(s) that work best for you - 1 payment, 2 payments or 11 monthly payments *
- a payment date
- a payment option - personal check/money order/cashier check, ACH from checking/savings account, or debit or credit card **
* A $45 fee is assessed by Smart Tuition when a 2 or 11 payment plan is selected.
** An additional 2.85% fee is charged when using a debit or credit card through Smart Tuition.
The specifics of the payment plans are outlined on the Class of 2023 Tuition page, which you can access via this link or via the button in the right-hand side of this page.
A limited loss and damage fee of $45 is charged per student for his tablet device in addition to tuition. It will be included in your first Smart Tuition payment.
Note that it will take up to four weeks for your Smart Tuition account to be activated.
Questions related to our tuition and the Smart Tuition program can be directed to Jamon Osby, josby@bcp.org. If you have any questions about your tuition assistance award, please contact Sarah Miers, smiers@bcp.org. -
Review Health Form Requirements
It is very important that we have up-to-date, accurate health records for your son prior to his attending orientation or classes, or participating in a sport. We will be collecting required physical and immunization records in a digital format this year via our health portal, MagnusHealth, and will contact you in mid-May with login information and step-by-step instructions regarding how to submit this information.
We ask that you read and acknowledge our health requirements policy as part of our enrollment process.
All health forms must be submitted by August 1st. Please note that your son(s) will not be allowed to attend orientation or classes when the 2019-2020 school year begins if these forms are not on file with us. -
Request Courses
Once you've verified your personal information, made your deposit, registered with Smart Tuition and acknowledged the information provided regarding our health record requirements, you'll be given access to our Online Course Request (OCR) system. Please note, however, that the OCR will not be online until ********.
Student schedules are not created on a first-come, first-served basis, so please take your time in making your course requests. The deadline to submit your requests is Friday, March 29th.
Course descriptions are included on our website under Academics (scroll down to departments), as well as in the OCR.
Refer to the Enrollment Manual for more information.

Navigating the OCR
The OCR does run through course selections by department in a step-by-step fashion. However, we'll also cover the basics of navigating the OCR during our Welcome Night on March 20th.
Need some advice?
Our two freshman counselors will be available via email and phone from March @@ through March @@ to answer any questions regarding course requests.

Placement Exams
Every student will be tested for placement in Mathematics. If you specify an advanced-level English or Modern and Classical Language course in the OCR, you must take a placement exam to help us evaluate your readiness for the course.
In addition to math, English, and Modern and Classical Language placement, students also have the option of specifying Rhetoric for their Social Science requirement. Rhetoric enrollment is limited and students are selected by the instructor based upon a submitted essay. Details are provided in the Enrollment Manual.
The summary page, within the OCR, documents which courses you've requested, as well as which placement exams you are required to take. Dates for the exams are also included in the calendar on this page, as well as in the Enrollment Manual.
The Mathematics and Modern and Classical Language departments have supplementary pages on the website which will further help you navigate through their placement process. The buttons below will redirect you to that information.INSERT LINKS ***
If your son has a conflict with an exam date for English or Modern & Classical Language, please email Lauren Madison, lmadison@bcp.org.
You will be notified via email of the results of the placement exams throughout the month of May. -
Submit Your Authorization to Release Educational Records
Bellarmine requires authorization to release your son's educational records to colleges, universities, potential employers and any number of outside organizations or programs. We ask that you print, complete and return the authorization form, included below, by May ##, 2019.
