Wednesday, March 22
7:00 pm Sobrato Theatre

Stress is inevitable for all of us, and each of us manages stress differently. In the constant race to meet academic expectations and fulfill family obligations, student and parent/guardian stress can go unchecked; however, there are healthy ways of managing stress in these stressful times. Join BCP personal counselor, Chris Atkins, and BCP Associate MFT, Michael Henry, for this one-hour session on identifying student stress and addressing healthy stress management for parents/guardians.
