For the past four years, Bellarmine students have been gaining early-stage startup experience through a partnership with Santa Clara University’s Bronco Ventures Accelerator, enabling Bells to participate in a program that has historically been limited to undergraduate and graduate students. Beginning in 2022 with Caden Chico ‘24, a succession of Bells have now connected with SCU’s extensive entrepreneurial and alumni networks, leading to internships, mentorship, and other professional opportunities.

Building on this partnership, Daksh Sharma ’26 and Pranay Dogra ’26 became the first high school students ever accepted into SCU’s Bronco Ventures Accelerator Prep School Program, setting a new precedent for high school participation.

Bellarmine’s internship partnership with the Bronco Ventures Accelerator has continued to grow from there. Following Daksh and Pranay, Gavin Chang ’27 carried on the internship program, and this year he is passing the opportunity on to Hriday Jaiswal ’26 and Chase Kung ’28.

This growing tradition is a testament to what can happen when students put initiative, curiosity, and collaboration in motion. Go Bells!
