Transcripts

There are two ways to request transcripts. We cannot e-mail transcripts.

  1. Request through https://www.parchment.com, a secure portal.
    • A secure portal; student ID is not necessary to request through the portal.
  2. Send an e-mail to the Registrar, Cindy Dunn, at cdunn@bcp.org.
    • Include the year you graduated. If you did not graduate from Bellarmine, include the years you attended.
    • Your date of birth.
    • The address on your final transcript.
    • The address that you want the transcript mailed to.

Summer School Transcript Questions

Please request all transcripts via the Blue portal. Login to your portal and click on "Summer Programs" to the right under "Apps". This will take you to your home page where you can click on "Request Transcript" at the top. Processing requests can take between one to two weeks depending on the number of active requests.
