Tuition & Aid
Bellarmine's educational program is available to every young man who could benefit from it and who fulfills the entrance requirements, no matter the financial status of his family to the extent tuition assistance is available.
Tuition
Tuition for 2025-2026 is $31,350 per student, which includes a $1,650 non-refundable deposit. Each student is required to pay a limited loss and damage fee of $100 for his tablet device in addition to tuition. The deadlines to pay the deposit are as follows:
- Tuesday, March 25, 2025 - for incoming freshmen. Parents of incoming freshmen students with returning students have the option to pay the non-refundable deposit of the returning student at this time.
- Wednesday, May 14, 2025 - for returning students only
- Friday, May 23, 2025 - for transfer students
Textbooks and other fees are educational expenses and are not included in the tuition. Program and co-curricular selections will determine the cost of books and other associated fees. The non-refundable deposit secures your son's enrollment to Bellarmine, although final enrollment status is granted pending grades or other concerns as identified by the principal.
Bellarmine offers three tuition payment plans that are managed through Tuition Management:
Tuition Assistance
The cost of tuition should not deter a student and his family from applying to Bellarmine. Our educational program is available to every young man who can benefit from it and who fulfills the entrance requirements, no matter the financial status of his family.
Our tuition assistance program helps students and their families who cannot afford the full cost of attending our school. The process of applying for tuition assistance is completely separate from the admissions process, which is "need blind." Students are accepted to Bellarmine based solely on their qualifications, and tuition assistance is awarded purely on the basis of financial need.

Program Requirements
All students who receive tuition assistance must meet the following requirements:
- Writing a letter of thanks to a donor who has made a gift that has helped make Bellarmine's Tuition Assistance program possible
- Maintain a C average or better for all grading periods during the academic year
- Upholding the standard of excellence in behavior and contributing positively to the Bellarmine community
Applicants may be selected for a randomized financial review at any point in the school year upon accepting their tuition assistance awards. It is by focusing our tuition assistance program on positive contributions to the Bellarmine community that we hope to continue building "young men for and with others."
