Tuition & Tuition Assistance

Menu

Bellarmine's educational program is available to every young man who could benefit from it and who fulfills the entrance requirements, no matter the financial status of his family to the extent tuition assistance is available.

Tuition for 2023-2024 is $27,110 per student, which includes a $1,650 non-refundable deposit. Each student is required to pay a limited loss and damage fee $85 for his tablet device in addition to tuition.

  • March 29, 2023 - for incoming freshmen
  • May 10, 2023 - for returning students
  • May 19, 2023 - for transfer students

Textbooks and other fees are educational expenses and are not included in the tuition. Program and co-curricular selections will determine the cost of books and other fees. The non-refundable deposit secures your son's enrollment to Bellarmine, although final enrollment status is granted pending grades or other concerns as identified by the principal.

Bellarmine offers three tuition payment plans that are managed through Tuition Management.

  • One Payment

Fees vary by class year, therefore the balance due amount will vary as documented below:

Payment Due Date Class of ... Payment Amount*
    July 5, 2023 2024 $ 25,665
      2025, 2026, 2027 $ 25,545

A limited loss and damage fee for your student's tablet device will be added to the payment. The fee is $85 for 2023-2024.

    *Payment Calculations

    $27,110 tuition - $1,650 deposit = $25,460 balance due on tuition only

For the Class of 2024: $25,460 + $120 graduation fee + $85 tablet limited loss and damage fee = $25,665

The cost of tuition should not deter a student and his family from applying to Bellarmine. Our educational program is available to every young man who can benefit from it and who fulfills the entrance requirements, no matter the financial status of his family.

Our tuition assistance program helps students and their families who cannot afford the full cost of attending our school. The process of applying for tuition assistance is completely separate from the admissions process, which is "need blind." Students are accepted to Bellarmine based solely on their qualifications, and tuition assistance is awarded purely on the basis of financial need.

Program Requirements

All students who receive tuition assistance must meet the following requirements:

  • Writing a letter of thanks to a donor who has made a gift that has helped make Bellarmine’s Tuition Assistance program possible
  • Maintain a C average or better for all grading periods during the academic year
  • Upholding the standard of excellence in behavior and contributing positively to the Bellarmine community

Applicants may be selected for a randomized financial review at any point in the school year upon accepting their tuition assistance awards. It is by focusing our tuition assistance program on positive contributions to the Bellarmine community that we hope to continue building "young men for and with others."
