We can’t wait to welcome you to Bellarmine’s Open House — our biggest admissions event of the year!

Open House is the best way to experience everything that makes Bellarmine unique. You’ll hear from our President and Principal, enjoy student-led tours, and most importantly, have rare access to the people and spaces that shape life at Bellarmine.

Step inside classrooms and specialized facilities like:

• The Robotics Lab—home to our 5x world champion Robotics Team—which is typically only open to Robotics team members.
• Our state-of-the-art Makerspace, with tools like a CNC Mill, Waterjet Cutter, Laser Cutter, 3D Printers, and more.
• Our pro-level athletic training and performance facilities, staffed by a full-time sports medicine team, strength and conditioning specialists, and coaches who have guided both college and professional athletes.

You'll also meet directly with our faculty, staff, and coaches—including the head coaches of our athletics programs, who are all available in one place only during this event.

Whether you’re curious about a particular class, program, sport, or activity, Open House gives you the chance to ask questions and get a true sense of what it means to be part of the Bellarmine community.

This event happens only once a year, so don’t miss your opportunity to see Bellarmine up close.

Thank you to all the families who joined us for our annual Be A Bell Night on Wednesday, September 24 at 7:00 PM in Bellarmine’s Main Gym! 

This special evening gave prospective students and their families the opportunity to hear directly from our students—in their own words and through their talents. Guests enjoyed live performances from our Music Program and Speech & Debate team, as well as a look at the strength of our Athletics program, with the chance to meet coaches and staff face-to-face after the program concluded at 8:00 PM.

The event was open to all grade levels and family members of students considering Bellarmine, offering a true showcase of our world-class co-curricular programs that enrich the student experience. Families also learned how to navigate the application process through Ravenna.

We are grateful for the incredible turnout and enthusiasm from the community, and we encourage families to plan ahead for next year’s event.

The Shadow Program welcomes 8th grade students who wish to explore Bellarmine for high school. You can be a Bell for a day by following a current Bellarmine student (freshman or upperclassman) to their classes. A shadow visit runs from 8:15AM-12:50PM and will give visiting students a great look into Bellarmine’s unique community, spirited students, and engaging classes.

Before registration opens, you must create a Ravenna account in order to sign up for a shadow event and all events for admissions.

How to Register for a Shadow Day

1. Complete a profile on Ravenna.
2. Select Bellarmine and 25-26 school year to eventually land in The Preliminary Application page.
3. Select a Shadow Date.
4. Complete the Shadow Interest Form after selecting a shadow date.

Schedule: 9am - 1:15pm

• Welcome and Shadow Match - Visitors will be matched with their shadow guide for the day.
• An optional parent program will be offered from 9AM-9:45AM
• Campus Tour - Visiting 7th graders and their guides will go on a brief campus tour and explore our special programs.
• Class Visits – 7^th graders should expect to participate in two classes with their shadow guide.
• Lunch - Shadows and their guides will enjoy lunch together which will be provided by Bellarmine.
• Dismissal - Parents may pick up their student at 1:15pm.

7^th grade pairings or small groupings: We welcome our seventh-grade visitors to join us individually, in pairs, or in groups of three. If you would like to visit in a pair or group of three, you may request specific students to be paired with your son when you complete the follow-up form we will email you. Please coordinate with one another ahead of time, to avoid conflicting requests for pairings.
