Summer School for High School Students

Bellarmine Summer School

The High School program is open to all students who have completed the 8th grade. Students in this program may choose one or two high school courses from a variety of offerings. Courses are offered for enrichment, advancement and remediation. Students entering the 9th grade in the fall of 2010 may not receive high school credit for courses taken during the summer.

Transcripts will be sent to the appropriate high school indicating five (5) credits earned for each class. A student may not sign up for both the ’A’ and ’B’ sections of the same course without express permission of the Principal. In order to receive credit for High School courses a student may not miss more than three days of class. Students taking Accelerated Geometry may not miss more than one day of class.

Availability of classes is limited and period preferences cannot be made.
