Father/Son Work Day

The annual Father/Son Work Day is always scheduled to be the Saturday before Bellarmine's Open House, to help Bellarmine get everything neat and tidy for the prospective students and their parents who will be touring the campus the following day. Father and son(s) teams volunteer to help do light clean-up chores around the Bellarmine campus.

The work day starts at 7:30 AM with a mass in the chapel celebrated by Father Sheridan, followed by a light continental breakfast, before heading out to the job. The day ends around 11:30 AM with a BBQ lunch provided by Bellarmine.

Each year, about two dozen father/son teams volunteer and have a fun and productive day cleaning up around the school and enjoying the camaraderie of their fellow workers.

When: Saturday, October 24, 2009
Where: The chapel @ 7:30 AM for Mass, followed by a continental breakfast in Liccardo
