RESERVATIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS               

How much are the tickets?
The luncheon tickets are $100, and the dinner/dance tickets are $175 per person.

Is the ticket cost tax deductible as a donation?
$53 of the lunch ticket and $96 of the dinner ticket is tax deductible. For your documentation purposes, CLICK HERE for a downloadable pdf of the invitation. The tax deductibility statement is on page 5 (the back of the RSVP card).

When will invitations be mailed?
Invitations will be mailed on Friday, September 26.

How do I make reservations?
Reservations can be made via the mail by returning the RSVP card included in your invitation packet.  Reservations will not be accepted without payment.  Alternatively, you can make reservations online beginning Wednesday, October 1.  Reservations will be processed in the order received.  Online reservations will be turned off when we hit capacity, and a waiting list will be started for requests that come in via the mail or phone after that point.

What if I want to reserve a full table but don’t know who is going to be sitting with me?
You can reserve a table by paying for it in full, and listing the unknown guests as “guest of xxxxx.”  Please let us know who your guests are as soon as you can, by emailing one of our reservations chairs.

Is it better to make reservations via the website or the mail?
We cannot control the mail delivery or the internet.  We will process all orders in the order received, regardless of method of delivery. 

How do I get preferred seating?
In order to ensure fair seating for all, reservations are processed by postmark date and online date stamp only.

Seats will be assigned as follows:  Underwriters, Fashion Show Chairs and Mothers’ Guild President, Table Sponsors, all other reservations received (in order of postmark date or date stamp).  Tables seat 10.  Reservations with less than 10 persons will be grouped with others with the same date until a total of 10 is reached.

Seats are assigned only after a reservation has been paid for.  If you request to sit with other guests, we will wait for all of those reservations to be paid for before assigning your seats.  If payment for those guests is not included with your reservation, your seating assignment may be delayed – even if you have an early postmark – until the rest of your party has paid for their reservations.

We regret that we cannot accommodate more than 10 persons at a table.

Can I sponsor a Bellarmine Teacher to attend?
You can sponsor a teacher or staff member to attend the lunch or dinner show.  Teachers will be seated on a first come, first served basis.  Please do not specify a particular faculty/staff person.
