eScrip

Below are listed avenues you can help support Bellarmine:

  • Attention eScrip users!

If you are registered with Albertson's paperless scrip program, you must renew your participation in July each year in order to continue with your participation. Therefore, if you registered before July this year, please renew your participation either by doing so at checkout , going to www.albertsons.com, (Bellarmine's community partners ID is 49001006689) or by e-mailing , Asst. Principal at Bellarmine, with your phone number and card number. (Note: if you previously sent in this information to Bellarmine, then we have already renewed participation for you for this year.) Thanks once again for your efforts to support Bellarmine! (updated 7/28)
  • As you may be aware, Bellarmine receives significant funding support via the eScrip program, and specifically from those parents who shop at Safeway. Safeway requires that you re-register your card each year. If you would like to re-register and have not yet done so this year, you can do this very quickly (in less than one minute!) simply by going to the eScrip website (www.escrip.com) and entering your phone number or grocery loyalty card number. If you used to have a Safeway card registered via eScrip and have let your registration lapse, a Bellarmine parent will be contacting you soon to ask if you would be willing to re-register. If you prefer NOT to be contacted for this reason, please notify , Asst. Principal. Please remember that your Safeway Club Card must be re-registered each school year for Bellarmine to continue receiving the benefits of your shopping. The good news is that this re-registration process takes less than one minute. Simply point your browser to: www.escrip.com, click on the red check mark, and renew your card. Thank you for your continued support.
  • Nob Hill, in conjunction with Raley's and Bel Air Foods, is starting its own scrip program, wherein a percentage of what you already spend at these grocery stores will be donated to Bellarmine. If you shop at one of these stores and are interested in participating, then please e-mail: and he will send you a grocery loyalty card for these stores. This program is in addition to the already-existing eScrip program, which partners with stores such as Safeway, Draeger's, Andronico's, Whole Foods, & PW Markets.
  • Bellarmine is pleased to announce that it is a member of the Community Investment Program, a joint venture between Preston Wynne Saratoga, Preston Wynne Hotel Los Gatos, James Craig Haircolor & Design, Sent Sovi Restaurant and Golden Cache Jewelry. Similar to the e-scrip program, the CIP participants provide Bellarmine with a 3% return every time you purchase a service or patronize one of these businesses.
