What is the Bellarmine Dads Club?
Parents of Bellarmine students are encouraged to be active participants in the Bellarmine community while their sons are here. Bellarmine dads are automatically members of the Dads’ Club, an organization that coordinates spiritual retreats, volunteer opportunities and social activities throughout the year. Getting involved is a great way to meet new friends, share activities with your son and create your very own “Bellarmine Experience.”
The Dads’ Club organizes and supports several annual events each year, including the Immersion Trip to Mexico, Bell Wars, the Family Golf Tournament, Grandparents Day, Father Son Work Day, Dad's Retreat, K-Bell Track Meet, Father-Son Freshmen Dinner for incoming freshmen in the spring and the Fall Family BBQ. The Dads’ Club is responsible for the school’s Athletic Booster Program, which raises annual funds for Bellarmine’s athletic and intramural sports programs and the Snack Shack, which provides refreshments at many Bellarmine events. The Dads’ Club Store works with Gary Cunningham in the Campus Store to provide Bellarmine clothing at several events throughout the year. The Hospitality committee provides bartenders and service at many Bellarmine functions.
All Bellarmine dads are encouraged to participate. Whether you can volunteer at an event or would be willing to lend your expert bartending or barbequing skills—the Dads’ Club would love to hear from you.
