Movie Group is a monthly daytime and evening group of movie lovers who attend cinema and live local theater performed by our own Bellarmine boys.

Need to Know:

Q. Are there fees to join this group?

A. No, however, if you choose to join us, you need to buy your own movie or theater tickets

Q. How often do I need to attend to remain in the group?

A. Attendance is voluntary. When you see a scheduled movie you may want to see on a date you are free, tell Nancy you are coming. She welcomes suggestions from the group on what they want to see.

Oscar Preview Night

A wonderful evening was enjoyed by everyone attending the preview. This was a combined event with DOGs (Dad’s of Grads) and hopefully it won’t be the last.

Liccardo Center was filled with the aroma of popcorn and Oscar decorations. Our master of ceremonies was our very own Brian Adams, VP of Advancement.

It was an evening of great food, an opportunity to see old friends and make new ones. Brian’s insight to the Oscar nominees was quite insightful. We all participated in an Oscar trivia and it’s amazing the number of Oscar aficionados we have at Bellarmine. It was a fun filled night! Everyone had an opportunity to cast a ballot on this year's Oscar winners. The grand prize is movie tickets and popcorn, popcorn and more popcorn. (Plain, flavored you name it). The winner will be announced in our next newsletter.
