Scheduling

Welcome to Bellarmine's Scheduling Page for the 2008-2009 academic year. We have included information that we hope will help you and your son navigate the scheduling process at Bellarmine and help you make decisions about his course of study. Please feel free to call or email your son's counselor or Ms. Carey Byron, the Director of Scheduling, if you have specific concerns about his current schedule or the scheduling process that occurs in the spring for the following year. Bellarmine also has 4 college guidance counselors to help you and your son with scheduling choices as they relate to college admissions. Once the term begins, all schedule changes must be made in person with the Scheduler. Changes may be made for any reason during the drop/add period. If a student is considering dropping a course after the deadline, he must see the Scheduler and his counselor to discuss his options and to pick up the necessary form.
