    The only time high school teammates have ever opposed each other in a US Junior Amateur final was in 1962, when Jim Wiechers beat James Sullivan at Lochmoor Golf Club in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. Both attended Bellarmine - Wiechers Class of 1962 and Sullivan Class of 1965. This year, a pair of recent Bellarmine graduates – Eddy Lai and Berk Harvey – would like to follow in their footsteps.

    The West Catholic Athletic League announced their All-League teams for tennis and lacrosse. Senior Andrew Ton was named as Player of the Year and received First Team honors. Five Bells received First Team honors for lacrosse.

    Andrew Ton Honored as Tennis All-American; Receives Natl Sportsmanship Award

    May 17th was a big day for senior Andrew Ton. Not only did he receive word that he was named a 2017 Boys All-American by the National High School Tennis All-American Foundation, but that he also was one of two recipients of the Bill Talbert Junior Sportsmanship Award.
