Table Sponsorships

$3,000 ~ Boogie Woogie Bugle Bell

  • One table (10 tickets) at the Golden Bell Auction
  • One bottle of premium red wine at each of your sponsored table
  • One VIP Parking Pass 
  • VIP Check-In (for Table Host Only)
  • Name recognition in the Golden Bell program (optional)

$5,000 ~ Swingin' on a Star

  • One table (10 tickets) and 5 VIP parking passes at the Golden Bell Auction
  • Two bottles of premium red or white wine at your sponsored tables
  • Name recognition or company logo in the Golden Bell program (optional)

$10,000 ~ Let the Good Times Roll

  • 6' x 5' signage displayed at the Golden Bell Auction
  • Two tables (20 tickets) and 10 VIP parking passes at the Golden Bell Auction
  • Three bottles of premium red wine at each of your sponsored tables
  • Name recognition in the Golden Bell program (optional)

$15,000 ~ Blue Skies

  • Company name/logo displayed on the jumbotron screen throughout the evening
  • Two tables (20 tickets) and 10 VIP parking passes at the Golden Bell Auction
  • Four bottles of premium red wine at each of your sponsored tables
  • Name recognition or company logo in the Golden Bell program (optional)

Bellarmine College Preparatory is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax deductible as allowed by law. The fair market value of the benefits received is not tax deductible as a charitable contribution. The fair market value for each sponsorship level is listed below:

Gift Gathering Parties

You can help make the Golden Bell Auction a success by donating items to be included in our silent and live auctions. We're holding five Gift Gathering Parties as a fun and convenient way to drop off your donations while mingling with other Bellarmine parents, alumni and friends.

To RSVP for an event, simply click the date of the event which best fits into your family calendar and complete the reservation form. Individual party sizes are limited so we suggest that you RSVP early. We will send you a confirmation email which includes the address of the host family upon receipt of your reservation.

Volunteer

The Golden Bell is one of Bellarmine's signature fundraising events and requires dozens of volunteers to make it a success.  And we need your help! We are looking for volunteers leading up to the event to help with the overall planning of the Golden Bell including:

  • Data entry
  • Gift packaging (photographing gifts, wrapping gifts)
  • Gift solicitation
  • Copywriting 
  • Decorating
  • Assistance with event logistics
