Course Director
From Dmitri Conom
To choose your books please follow the directions below:
- If there is a Title Problem, most likely you are using an older edition of a book than what is available. You can continue to use that book if you like. MBS will notify me if they cannot obtain enough copies of the used books, at which point we will need to adopt the newest edition.
- When searching for a book, the best way is via ISBN. If you do not know the ISBN, it is actually easier to search for on Amazon and then enter into MBS’s search field when you have it. If the book does not appear when you search for the ISBN, please let me know and we can have MBS research the title so that we can get it for you.
- For department books, I will work with the Department chair to add, delete or make any changes to the books that are used across a department, such as the Norton Anthologies and things of that nature.
If you do not see your course in Course Director, please let me know, I will talk with Carey we can get the information we need to do to add it. Here is a short version of the pdf for those needing a refresher

MBS
We have negotiated an arrangement with Missouri Book Sellers (MBS) to allow discounted textbook sales to Bellarmine employees and their families. The discounts can range from 5% to 20% and because MBS sells through their website you will not be charged California sales tax. The several titles that I checked were a 10% savings from the college bookstore price and were less than Amazon. MBS also sells used books.
