Tuition

Bellarmine's tuition for 2011-2012 is $16,000, and includes a non-refundable deposit of $1,500.  The Board of Trustees sets tuition annually and is announced by mid-March of each year. 

The non-refundable deposit of $1,500 secures your son's enrollment* to Bellarmine. 

  • Incoming freshman deposit is due by March 31, 2011
  • Returning students deposit is due by May 3, 2011

The balance of tuition due less the non-refundable deposit is $14,500.  Bellarmine offers three tuition payment plans that are managed through Smart Tuition.  Payment method options available through Smart Tuition are:

  • Personal Check
  • Money Order/Cashier's Check
  • ACH from your checking or savings account
  • Credit or debit card**
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
    • Discover

Tuition billing and payments are handled directly through Smart Tuition.    The Bellarmine Business Office will not accept payments.

Balance Due By July 20, 2011

All payments posted to your son's account no later than June 20, 2011,
will receive a $250 discount.
All Seniors will have a graduation fee of $120 added to the balance due.

 

 

2 Payments Plus $38.00 Administrative Fee

Payment Due July 20, 2011

   $  7,288 = 7,250 + $38 admin fee

Payment Due November 20, 2011

   $  7,250
Full payments posted by June 20, 2011, and November 20, 2011,
will receive a $125 discount for each semester.
All Seniors will have a graduation fee of $120 added to the first payment.

 

11 Monthly Payments Plus $38.00 Administrative Fee

Balance over 11 Months

   $  14,500

June Monthly Payment

   $    1,356.19 = 1,318.19 + $38 admin fee

July - April Monthly Payments

   $    1,318.19

All Seniors will have a graduation fee of $120 added to the first payment.

** A 2.5% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card payments.  Visa is not accepted.
