The deadline to complete the online portion of the application and submit the application fee is December 16, 2011.
The file completion deadline is February 3, 2012. Within a week after the deadline, you should see a check mark indicating that all required forms have been received.
If a document is missing from your file, you will be notified via email and given time to submit the missing paperwork. If any paperwork from your school is received past the deadline, you will not be penalized.
Due to the large volume of mail we receive, we are unable to check on the receipt of any individual document or whether a specific letter has arrived in our office.
HIGH SCHOOL TRANSFER APPLICANTS: If you are a current high school student interested in transferring to Bellarmine for the 2012-2013 school year, please contact Mrs. Terry Council at 408-537-9259 after March 1, 2012 to request a transfer application packet. Please be sure to leave your name and mailing address. Transfer applications and supporting documents are due April 26, 2012.
