Physical Education
The Bellarmine Physical Education Department assists all Bellarmine students learn the importance of life-long health and physical fitness. The required course for sophomores, Physical Education I, presents the student with activities and information which he can use for his entirelife. Activities include, among many, walking, running, aerobics, swimming, and weight training. Information is provided about cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, strength, diet and nutrition, drugs and alcohol, and sexuality.
