One of Bellarmine’s distinguishing characteristics is the commitment that parents bring to the school community. Parents enjoy a strong rapport and high level of communication with their son’s teachers. The school recognizes that parents are a son’s first educator, and teachers recognize this partnership as integral to the work they do.

Bellarmine’s Mothers’ Guild and Dads’ Club are two important ways in which parents become involved in the school community. Both organizations host a number of terrific events over the course of the year, including the Mothers’ Guild Fashion Show, Mother-Son Communion Breakfast, and many other experiences for mothers and their sons to share.

The Dads’ Club is the proud sponsor of the annual Dads’ Club Fall Barbeque, the Spring Family Golf Tournament, and several other events throughout the year. Both organizations are very welcoming, and provide a terrific venue in which parents can be introduced to the Bellarmine community.

All parents are invited to join these organizations. Over the years, parents have come to recognize that when their son is admitted, he is not the only one who joins the Bellarmine community – the entire family is welcomed with open arms.
