Faculty for the coming school year are typically hired in April and May. Summer school positions are posted in February and March. Coaches and staff are hired throughout the year. Check back frequently for current job openings.

Campus Store Manager

The Campus Store Manager will be responsible for physical and web-based store operations, which include all ordering, stocking, Point of Sale, staffing and merchandising activities. Weekly hours for the position will vary significantly over the course of the year, with some weeks requiring 40 hours (including some nights and weekends), and others as few as 15. The position will initially be classified as full-time regular. It is planned to transition to part-time regular classification after approximately 12 months.

Events / Facilities Assistant Coordinator

The Events Assistant Coordinator will work alongside the Events Coordinator to provide organizational and operational support in the development and execution of events such as public and athletic events, conferences/services for campus and/or community organizations.  The Events Assistant Coordinator will be required to maintain a flexible work schedule, to include weekends to coordinate and attend such events.

Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the President and senior members of the Office of Advancement. Responsibilities include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; and donor and staff relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.

IT Support Analyst II

We're looking for a full-time IT Support Analyst II - a Tier 2 technician assigned to the more challenging and time/sensitive issues - a key member of the team!

Our team is tasked with ensuring Bellarmine’s technology resources support a top-notch education for its 1700 students, 200 faculty and staff, and 3500 parents. We are a high-volume, full-service helpdesk team. When we’re not solving problems or helping our clientele make the most of their tools, we’re answering phone calls and emails and providing walk-up support. And you know we’re vigilant about logging everything we do in our Zendesk system so there is no question that we provide excellent service.
