Faculty for the coming school year are typically hired in April and May. Summer school positions are posted in February and March. Coaches and staff are hired throughout the year. Check back frequently for current job openings.

Employees at Bellarmine find working at the school to be a tremendously rewarding experience, as they have the opportunity to work with colleagues who share their commitment to help in forming “men for others.” Nearly 70 percent of faculty and staff possess some form of advanced degree, including four who hold either an academic or professional doctorate.

The close-knit faculty shares together in professional and spiritual development, and enjoys a good deal of collaboration in academic work. Our teachers enjoy teaching in an environment where students are serious about their work in the classroom, working with manageable class sizes of 25 students on average. They also are appreciative of a very supportive and involved parent community. Religious Studies

Faculty members in the Religious Studies department are responsible for teaching a varied selection of Religious Studies classes. They have extensive interaction with students and will oversee their education and provide opportunities for their spiritual growth. Faculty members are responsible for supporting the mission and values of Bellarmine in the classroom, co-curricular activities and interactions with parents, students, volunteers and fellow faculty and staff members.
