Application Process

Faculty for the coming school year are typically hired in April and May. Summer school positions are posted in February and March. Coaches and staff are hired throughout the year. Check back frequently for current job openings.

Director of Admissions

We invite applications for a Director of Admissions, who oversees the student recruitment and admissions process.The Director proactively markets the school to the broader community to attract diverse and qualified students for Bellarmine College Preparatory.

Job Description - Director of Admissions

Director of Scheduling

We invite applications for a Director of Scheduling, who is responsible for creating and maintaining all student schedules, as well as creating the Master Schedule (which classes are taught when and where). This person also acts in an advisory role when students and parents have questions about graduation requirements and curriculum options. It is the responsibility of the Director of Scheduling to review and keep the course catalog up to date, as well as to guide the process for new course submissions.
