Following is the typical daily order of classes. The school calendar will reflect changes to this order as needed to accommodate holidays, liturgies, assemblies, etc.
The Mathewson Library is open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday, and 7:30 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays and other days with early dismissal. Exceptions to these hours are noted in the Daily Announcements.
Toshiba and the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) announced on May 1st that the Bellarmine-sponsored team of Nikhil Buduma, Alex Powers, Nithin Buduma and Natalie Ng has been named 2013 ExploraVision National Winners at the 10-12th grade level.
Junior Sameer Rai swept the National History Bowl in Washington, DC, April 27th and 28th, earning titles as National History Bowl Champion, National History Bee Champion, MVP and Best Solo Team.
After months of hard work on in-depth projects ranging from astrochemistry to microbiology, students presented their findings in local and state science fairs.
The USA Biology Olympiad (USABO) has named senior Nikhil Buduma as a National Finalist in its premiere biology competition. As one of only 20 finalists from throughout the country, and one of only nine from California, Nikhil will participate in the USABO's summer program at Purdue University.
Sixty students participated in the final round of the California Math League competition on March 12th. Kai Xiao '13 and Shreyan Jain '16 earned perfect scores of six. Cumulatively for the year, Bellarmine placed ninth in the state among secondary schools and Kai was recognized for his overall performance, accumulating a total of 35 points, out of a perfect 36.
